1) Who we are

onlineexams.ai (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides online exam preparation tools, practice tests, and remote assessment services for students and professionals. Unless expressly stated, we do not conduct official government or university entrance examinations.

2) Acceptance of terms

By registering for an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

3) Eligibility & accounts

• Age. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and received their consent.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Institutional accounts. If your access is provided by a school, coaching center, or employer, additional terms may apply between you and that organization.

4) Exam integrity, proctoring & conduct

To uphold academic integrity, we may use live or AI-assisted remote proctoring, including webcam, screen, microphone, and network activity monitoring. By starting a proctored session, you consent to such monitoring and to the collection and processing of related data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.1 Honor code

• No copying, impersonation, collusion, or use of unauthorized materials or AI tools unless explicitly permitted in the test instructions.
• No attempting to disable, circumvent, or interfere with proctoring or exam security measures.
• No sharing, posting, or redistributing questions, answers, screenshots, or other secure test content.

4.2 Proctor actions

Proctors may request room scans or ID checks and may pause, invalidate, or end your session if integrity rules are breached or suspected. Violations may lead to warnings, score cancellation, account suspension, and/or a permanent ban.

4.3 Environment & device

• Stable internet, a functional webcam/microphone, and a compatible device/browser are required.
• Only permitted materials (e.g., scratch paper, calculators) may be used where explicitly allowed.

5) Pricing & refunds (currently free)

• No fees. Our core services for individual learners are currently offered free of charge. We do not charge subscription or per-exam fees.
• Refunds not applicable. Because we do not collect fees, refunds generally do not apply.
• Accidental charges. If you believe you were charged by us in error, contact support@onlineexams.ai with proof of payment; verified erroneous payments made directly to onlineexams.ai will be refunded 100%.
• Third-party costs. Charges by third parties (e.g., official exam registration fees, bank fees, data charges) are outside our control and are not refundable by us.
• Future paid features. If we introduce optional paid offerings later, applicable pricing and refund terms will be displayed at purchase and will govern those features.

6) Score reports, certificates & disclaimers

• Scores and analytics are for guidance only and do not guarantee performance on official examinations.
• Any certificates we issue reflect your performance on our Platform and are not official credentials of any exam owner.
• We are not an official registration channel for ACT, MCAT, JEE, GAOKAO, UPSC, or other exams unless explicitly stated on a specific page.

7) Intellectual property

The Platform, including software, exam items, explanations, videos, branding, and all other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use it for your personal, non-commercial study purposes, subject to these Terms.

8) Your content & feedback

If you post or upload content (e.g., answers, messages, reviews), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, display, and create derivative works for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform. You represent you have necessary rights to your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

9) Privacy, recordings & data

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Proctored sessions may be recorded (video, audio, screen, and logs) and retained for a limited period for integrity review, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance.

10) Acceptable use & prohibited activities

• No cheating, impersonation, or sharing secure content.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, data mining, or automated bulk access without our written consent.
• No uploading malware or interfering with the Platform’s operation or security.
• No infringing, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content or activity.

11) Third-party services & links

The Platform may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, video hosting). We do not control and are not responsible for those services. Your use of them may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

12) Availability, changes & support

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.
• We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

13) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; and our aggregate liability relating to the Platform will not exceed USD 50.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless onlineexams.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, jeopardized exam integrity, or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, but sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, indemnity) will continue to apply.

16) Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to any mandatory arbitration laws that apply, the courts located in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Where arbitration is required or elected by both parties, it shall be administered by a reputable arbitral institution seated in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, conducted in English, and the award may be enforced in any competent court.

17) Trademark notice

ACT, MCAT, JEE, GAOKAO, and UPSC are the trademarks of their respective owners. onlineexams.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organizations. Any references are for identification and descriptive purposes only.

18) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
